Elaine Pritchard launched Caittom Publishing in 2010 after working as a journalist, editor and digital manager for regional and national newspaper groups. Her career highlight was winning a BAFTA. These days, she writes, edits and ‘ghostwrites’ articles, blogs, newsletters and books for people who don’t have the time to do it themselves. Elaine was one of the #SmallBiz100 in 2015 and is a volunteer member of the Federation of Small Businesses. In January 2021 she became FSB Area Lead for Staffordshire and the West Midlands and is looking forward to helping more small business owners and self-employed people through the challenges ahead.
Tilley Bancroft opened Red Door Studios in 2007 where her team produces a wide and varied collection of film, animation and media projects. Tilley has been animating for television series, ad campaigns, education and theatre for ten years, and has a string of awards to her name including a D&AD Yellow Pencil and nominations for a Royal Television Society awards and two British Animation Awards. She was chosen as one of the #SmallBiz100 for 2017. She has a young son and daughter, is married to a theatre technician and is fuelled by coffee.
